Men’s Program

At our Men’s beginner class you can expect to learn about all the game of tennis has to offer! By the end of the class, participants should feel more confident in their ability to play tennis and have a solid foundation to continue developing their skills.

Footwork and Positioning

  • Movement: Techniques for effective footwork and court movement.

  • Stance: Understanding the importance of stance and balance when hitting the ball.

Basic Tennis Fundamentals

  • Grip Techniques: Introduction to different types of grips such as the Eastern, Western, and Continental grips.

  • Strokes: Instruction on fundamental strokes including forehands, backhands, serves, and volleys.

Practice Drills

  • Drills: Participation in organized drills to reinforce stroke techniques, footwork, and game play.

Class Details

  • Mondays 8-9pm

  • 06/02 - 07/28 (9 Classes)

  • $150 or $30/class drop in fee
